Ingredients:
4 Ounce(s) Cooking Apples
2 Teaspoon(s) Orange juice
1 Egg yolk
1 Tablespoon(s) Ground almonds
Directions:
Peel, core and slice the apple, and cook with the orange juice until
soft. Mash or puree, stir in the egg yolk and almonds, and bake at
350F for 15 min or until set. Serve hot or cold. To vary: Use other
