Ingredients:
2 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Yeast
1 7/8 Cup(s) Bread flour
1 1/2 Cup(s) Rye flour
1/3 Cup(s) Cracked wheat
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon(s) Salt
1/2 Tablespoon(s) Caraway Seeds
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Onions, chopped
1 Apples, chopped
3 Tablespoon(s) Butter
1/2 Cup(s) Water
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and
push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water. This barely
sweet, fruity rye tastes good with scrambled eggs or in a turkey
sandwich. For tea sandwiches, slice thin and spread with cream cheese
and toasted sliced almonds. Tested in DAK R2D2. Sylvia's comments:
