1 Cup(s) Sugar
6 Cloves, whole
1 Cinnamon stick
Cook vinegar, sugar and spices for 5 minutes. 2.Wipe apples with a
damp cloth, but dont peel. Core and cut the apples crosswise into 1/2
inch rings, most apples will cut in four rings. 3.Cook four rings at a
time slowly, in the sugar syrup untill they are transparent. Remove
carefully, store all in dish and when done pour the rest of the syrup
over the rings. They keep well for several days. From Womens Day
