Ingredients:
10 Pound(s) Smoked ham half, bone-in in
natural juice
1 Tablespoon(s) Grated orange rind
6 Whole cloves
2 Cup(s) Apple cider
1/4 Cup(s) Brown sugar, packed
Directions:
Preheat 12-Qt. Roaster oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray Cookwell
with spray cooking oil. Place ham in preheated Cookwell. Add cider,
sugar, orange rind and cloves. Cover; roast 4 to 5 hours (170 degrees
F. on meat thermometer). To slow cook: Roast at 350 degrees F. for 1
hour. Reduce temperature to 300 degrees and slow roast 5 to 6 hours
(170 degrees F. on meat thermometer). Serves 6 to 8. Serving Size
