Ingredients:
2 Red apples, macs or cortland
2 Tablespoon(s) Lime juice
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped orange segments
1/2 Cup(s) Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Green pepper, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, fine chop
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoon(s) Cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon(s) Cider vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin
1 Teaspoon(s) Vegetable oil
Directions:
Core and dice apples in 1/4 inch pieces. Toss immediately with lime
juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 2 hours before serving.
