Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:45 In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly; add oil, apple juice and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into egg mixture until well blended. Fold in apples, chocolate chips and pecans. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake starts to pull away from sides of pan. Cool.
