Ingredients:

1 Cup(s) Salad oil
4 Eggs, beaten
1/4 Cup(s) Commercial sour cream
4 Cup(s) All purpose flour
2 Cup(s) Apples, peeled and chopped
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Cup(s) Pecans, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
Directions:
Gradually add sugar to eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Combine dry
ingredients; add to sugar mixture alternately with oil and sour cream,
beating well after each addition. Stir in apples, pecans and vanilla.
Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at
350~ for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pans 5 minutes; turn out on wire racks to finish cooling.
