Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Unsweetened applesauce
OR- crushed pineapple
unsweetened
1/4 Cup(s) MOLASSES
1/4 Cup(s) Honey
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Almond extract
1 1/2 Cup(s) AM Griddle Lite Pancake Mix
2 Teaspoon(s) AM Canola Oil
Directions:
Mix liquids thoroughly. Add the dry mix. Stir gently. Pour into a
well-oiled square cake pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until
done. Serve warm with butter and syrup or with a dollop of flavored
