Ingredients:
8 Cooking Apples
1/2 Cup(s) Water
2/3 Cup(s) Sugar, white or brown
1 Teaspoon(s) Pumpkin pie spice or
Cinnamon
1 Pinch(s) Nutmeg
Directions:
In the crock pot, place the peeled, cored, and quartered apples. A
little lemon juice helps the apples not to discolor. Add sugar,
spices, and water. Cook high for 3 hours; low cook for 8 hours. Cook
