Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Margarine
1 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Egg
1 2/3 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cinnamon
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Allspice
1 Cup(s) Dried prunes, chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Nuts, chopped
1 Cup(s) Applesauce
2 Tablespoon(s) Powdered sugar, for

Directions:
Beat margarine and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in egg. 2. Sift
dry ingredients together. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt if desired. Add prunes
and nuts to dry mixture, then add this mixture to batter. Blend in
applesauce. 3. Bake in a greased 9-cup Bundt pan in a 350-degree oven
for 1 hour or until it is done. 4. Let cool on rack in pan for 10
minutes before turning out of pan. Sprinkle with sifted powdered
