Ingredients:
2 Whole chickens, cut into
serving pieces
1 Tablespoon(s) Prepared mustard, either
brown or dijon
2 Teaspoon(s) Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic, crushed
pepper to taste
1/4 Cup(s) Brown sugar
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup(s) Apricot, or peach
preserves
1 Pound(s) Canned apricots, or
peaches drained and cut
in half
Directions:
Arrange chicken in roasting pan. Mix all ingredients except the canned
fruit.] Pour mixture over the chicken. Bake for 1 hour or until
chicken is done. Shortly before chicken is ready place fruit around
