Source: Source Description:
Ethnicity: Last Modified: 2/22/2014
Base: Comments:
Preparation Time:
Number of Servings: 6

1 Pound(s) Apricots
1/2 Pound(s) pears
2 Ounce(s) Soft Brown Sugar
4 Ounce(s) 85 per cent wholemeal flour
2 Ounce(s) Butter or margarine
4 Ounce(s) Flaked almonds
Halve apricots, remove stones and place in a baking dish. Add the
pears, peeled and thickly cut. Sprinkle a little sugar on top
(optional). To make the crunch crumble topping, place the flour in a
bowl, add butter or margarine, and rub into flour until the mixture
resembles breadcrumbs. Add sugar and almonds, mix well together, and
spoon over the fruit. Bake at 375øF/190øC/gas mark 5 for 20-25
minutes until golden. Serve with Greek yogurt. Converted by MC_Buster.
NOTES : The combination of these delicately flavoured fruits works
wonderfully well. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
