Ingredients:
75 Gram(s) Fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
3oz
75 Gram(s) Ready-to-eat dried apricots
chopped 3oz
50 Gram(s) Walnuts, finely chopped
2oz
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tablespoon(s) Freshly chopped parsley
1 Egg, beaten
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper
Directions:
Place the breadcrumbs, apricots, walnuts, lemon zest and juice,
parsley, egg and seasoning in a bowl, and mix well. Use as required to
stuff a bird or cook separately in a preheated oven 200 øC/400 øF or
