Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Ground cooked ham
1/2 Cup(s) Soft bread crumbs
1/2 Cup(s) Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup(s) Chopped onion
1/4 Cup(s) Crumbled blue cheese
1 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoon(s) Prepared mustard, divided
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Sage
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1/2 Cup(s) Apricot preserves
2 Teaspoon(s) Vinegar
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Combine ham with crumbs, milk, eggs, onion,
cheese, Worcestershire, 1 tsp mustard, sage and pepper. Shape into 6
patties. Place in shallow baking dish; bake 30 minutes. Combine
preserves, vinegar and remaining mustard; brush on patties. Bake 10
