Ingredients:
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Chilli flakes
1 Teaspoon(s) Cumin
2 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
4 Tablespoon(s) Fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoon(s) Fresh chopped mint
5 Cloves garlic, minced
6 Tomatoes, peeled and cut

Directions:
Place the first 9 ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to the
boil. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered then remove cover and simmer 10
minutes more. Add fish/shellfish and the olive oil with salt and
pepper to taste and cook for 10 minutes. Ladle the soup into
individual bowls and sprinkle extra coriander and parsley over each
