Ingredients:
15 Ounce(s) Canned navy beans, drained
or pinto beans
14 Ounce(s) Canned artichoke hearts
drained
drained and minced
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
2 Cloves garlic, pressed
2 Whole green onion, chopped
or minced yellow onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the 7 oz of minced artichokes in a food
processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the minced artichoke pieces
for texture and enhanced flavor. Per serving: 1015 Calories; 4g Fat
