4 Sirloin steaks
150 Gram(s) Button mushrooms, sliced
1 Punnet cherry tomatoes
100 Gram(s) Bean sprouts
1 Red salad onion, finely
100 Gram(s) Snow peas
1 Mignonette lettuce, torn
into pieces
2 Teaspoon(s) Toasted sesame seeds
2 Tablespoon(s) Ginger Kitchen salad slices
1 Teaspoon(s) Finely chopped chilli
1 Teaspoon(s) Sesame oil
2 Tablespoon(s) Lime juice
2 Tablespoon(s) Low-salt soy sauce
2 Tablespoon(s) Canola oil

Cook steaks under hot grill, on the barbecue or in a pan until medium
rare. Remove and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Combine dressing
ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well. Slice steak thinly and
place in bowl. Pour half dressing over steak and stir to combine. Add
remaining ingredients except lettuce and sesame seeds and toss to mix
through. Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter and spoon over
