Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Shiitake mushrooms
1 Cup(s) Peanut Oil
1/4 Cup(s) Sesame oil
6 Tablespoon(s) Soy sauce
1 Cup(s) Balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Garlic, minced
4 Cup(s) Dikon radish, julienned
4 Cup(s) Carrots, julienned
4 Cup(s) Red onion, roasted
julienned
2 Green onion, thin bias cut
1 Cup(s) Jicama, julienned
2 Juice of lemon
Directions:
STEP 1: Toss all. Grill, Broil, or Saut mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.
Cool, then julienne. STEP 2: Toss all ingredients with julienned
mushrooms. STEP 3: Add lemon juice, DRAIN well before serving.
