Ingredients:
4 Lebanese cucumbers, cut in
slices
3 Shallots, white part only

1 Tablespoon(s) White vinegar
2 Tablespoon(s) Sweet chilli sauce
Fish sauce to taste
A good handful of coriander
leaves
50 Gram(s) Crushed roasted peanuts
Directions:
Put the sliced cucumbers into a bowl with the shallots and sprinkle
over the vinegar. Add the sweet chilli sauce and fish sauce and toss
the salad. Just before serving add the coriander leaves and peanuts
