Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Atole blue cornmeal

1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Cup(s) Water
3 Cup(s) Milk
1/2 Cup(s) Honey
Directions:
Mix together cornmeal, cinnamon, salt and water in 3-quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low. Stir in milk
and honey. Heat to simmering, stirring constantly (do not boil). NOTE:
Regular blue cornmeal can be substituted for the atole blue cornmeal.
Spread cornmeal in ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake, at 400F,
stirring occasionally, until light brown, about 10 minutes. From
