Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Butter, at room
temperature
3 Ounce(s) Cream cheese, at room
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
5 Whole eggs
2 Cup(s) Flour, all-purpose
Sifted
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions:
Beat butter, cheese, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add
sugar, beating until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating
thoroughly after each addition. Sift flour with baking powder and
salt; add to creamed mixture in thirds, beating until smooth after
each addition. Turn into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 5 x 3" loaf
pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done.
