Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Carrots, diced cooked
pureed
1/2 Cup(s) Canned pumpkin, or diced
banana squash cooked
1/2 Cup(s) Unsweetened applesauce
1/4 Cup(s) Carrot water, the water
from which you cooked
the carrots
1 1/2 Cup(s) Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Cup(s) Bread flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Butter, or margarine
2 Tablespoon(s) Honey
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Allspice, Ground
2 Teaspoon(s) Red Star yeast
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread pan, press light crust setting, and
press start. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on
cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. Book's Note:
