Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Mashed avocado pulp
1 8-oz cream cheese
3 Tablespoon(s) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Teaspoon(s) Finely chopped onion
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Dash(s) Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Gradually add the avocado to the softened cream cheese, blending until
smooth. Add the lemon juice, onion, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix until well blended. Yield: 2-1/2 cups. From <The Progressive
