Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup(s) Lemon Juice
1 Cup(s) Warm chicken stock or
bouillon
Directions:
Beat eggs in top of a double boiler. Gradually blend in juice and
stock. Cook over hot water until thickened. Beat until foamy. Serve
hot over vegetables. Calories: 9 per Tablespoon. Yield: 2 cups. LOW
