Ingredients:
2 Ripe avocados
Peeled and seeded and
chopped
2 Cup(s) Plain low-fat yogurt
3 Tablespoon(s) Fresh lemon juice
1 Pinch(s) Cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
MAKES 2 CUPS LACTO This versatile sauce can be used over grilled or
steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes or as a salad dressing. Cut
avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out pulp and place in a
food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Cover and chill until ready to use. PER 1/4-CUP: 121 CAL.; 4G PROT.;
