Ingredients:
1 Avocado peeled and mashed
2 Onions chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
3 Tablespoon(s) Lettuce chopped, 3 to 4
1 Sprig spring onion green
chopped
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 Tablespoon(s) Olive or salad oil
1/2 Tablespoon(s) White vinegar
1 Teaspoon(s) Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for dressing and chill. Mix all ingredients for
salad except lettuce and chill. Just before serving, pour dressing,
add lettuce, toss well. Serve chilled. Making time: 15 minutes
