Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Ground meat, beef pork
sausage or any
combination
1 10-oz onion soup
1 10-oz chicken broth
3/4 Cup(s) Raw rice
1/2 Cup(s) Water
1/2 Cup(s) Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Celery, chopped
Amount of oil
Salt & pepper to taste, Salt & pepper to taste
Bread or cracker crumbs
Directions:
Saut meat in a little oil until pink disappears. Grease casserole; put
in meat. Saut onions, bell peppers and celery. Mix uncooked rice and
other ingredients together and place in casserole; cover. Bake in a
350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with bread
or cracker crumbs and bake until lightly brown, about 20 ninutes.
