Ingredients:
1 Chicken
Coconut oil
1 Piece of tamarind, or a bit
vinegar.
1 Tablespoon(s) Water, up to 2
Salt
Directions:
Boil the chicken till it is well cooked. Slice the meat in long
slices. Mix the water, asem and salt. Rub the meat with it. Fry it in
