1 Pound(s) Pasta, your choice
1/4 Cup(s) Butter
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoon(s) Parsley, chopped
ds Salt and pepper 1/2 c Half and half 1/4 c Parmesan cheese Cook
pasta according to direction on package. Do not overcook! Drain well,
but do not rinse. Meanwhile, in a medium-size skillet, saute garlic in
butter. Add parsley, salt and pepper, half and half and Parmesan
cheee. Stir over heat but do hot boil. Place pasta in heated bowl.
Pour sauce over pasta and serve. (If desired, you can sprinkle on
extra Parmesan cheese before serving). Serves 4. Formatted by Mary
