Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Alligator meat, chop
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon(s) Onion, chop fine
2 Tablespoon(s) Celery, chop fine
1 Tablespoon(s) Parsley, chop fine
2 Tablespoon(s) Shallots, chop fine
2 Teaspoon(s) Lemon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Cup(s) Bread crumbs
Flour to dredge
1 Cup(s) COOKING OIL
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, form into 1" balls. Allow to set for 1 hour.
