Ingredients:
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Clov garlic, finely chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
8 Ounce(s) Tomatoes, skinned and
chopped
4 Ounce(s) Almonds, ground or coarsely
crushed
6 Ounce(s) Wholemeal breadcrumbs
Salt and freshly milled
black pepper to
taste
Freshly chopped parsley to
Garnish
Directions:
Saut the onion and the garlic in the oil in a pan until softened. Add
the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a
bowl and add the almonds and breadcrumbs. Mix well. Season to taste
with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into small, bite-size
balls. Arrange on serving plate and cover them with masses of chopped
